Yes, Shineray is the maker of Defenda.

I think it is strange that Shineray alows new names on their bikes. That will not be god for future branding!

I just hope that the figures are right. I suppose that EFI is a must if the bike will be sold outside of china. Hope they manage the setup and make it reliable  :)

Hello.

I think it's only a fresh air pipe. The membran that you see is probably connectead to the exhaust outlet. It's putting fresh air in to the exhaust.

Why is there so less action on this page? Shineray is in my mind a great motorcycle!

Not the fastest, not the best but absolutely the most bang for the buck! As an enduro bike the XY 250 is outstanding. Specially here in Sweden where the enduro is quite technical. I am not a greate enduro rider but my Shineray XY 250 (Defenda 250) makes me a better one  ;D

The calm engine together with the nice chassie makes the bike easy to ride!

And the price of the bike is nearly one third of the big japanese ones!
